Previously, Andrea ran a healthcare consulting firm that provided operations improvement, post-acute strategy integration, market positioning & branding for health care organizations.

Rosanne Corcoran’s journey into caregiving began with a dementia diagnosis of her fiercely independent mother, opening the door to the world of caregiving. After experiencing first-hand the stress and isolation caregiving brings along with the lack of meaningful resources for caregivers, Rosanne created Daughterhood the Podcast: For Caregivers. Daughterhood the Podcast brings an authentic voice to a dynamic group of experts in all fields to help listeners navigate these uncharted and, at many times, tumultuous waters of caregiving. Susan Rowe, was a caregiver for her mother and has been with Daughterhood since its inception in 2015. She has a background in information Technology and leading worship. She brings a strong sense of empathy and believes in Daughterhood’s message of building an authentic community of “Friends helping Friends”. Susan is also an award winning songwriter and has composed the music for both Daughterhood Podcast and new conversations Podcast.
Nicole Smith Training and Events Cordinator
Nicole Smith is an author, speaker and senior advocate. Her business background blossomed through her volunteer work with the global social entrepreneur organization Room to Read. Nicole became immersed in the dementia dynamic when her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2021. Jean Ross is a nurse who has spent 20 years working in various roles on the frontlines of healthcare. Jean knows is healthcare is only getting more difficult for families and even healthcare providers to navigate. Last year, she co-founded a technology company called Primary Record, where a family can store, search and share the health information they need at their fingertips. Jean is the domestic coordinator for three sons, a wife to a passionate emergency room physician, and a daughter to two amazing, aging, stubborn parents. She also enjoys walking her two dogs, Kevin & Blossom, yoga, and reading on the beach.
